As President & CEO of Santéch, Neeraj focuses on building simple, scalable solutions that enable transformation in network and provider management.
Prior to Santéch, Neeraj successfully established and managed healthcare solutions and consulting practices at global IT consulting firms like 3i Infotech, HCL, and TCS.
Dennis is a healthcare technology leader with over 23 years of experience across sales, business development, partner management, marketing strategy and M&A. He is responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and investor engagements at Santéch.
Prior to Santech, Dennis spent 12 years at CitiusTech, where he led sales, marketing and corporate development functions. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and a Master’s in Business Management.

Sandeep Goyal is a seasoned product leader with over 24 years in technology, particularly within the healthcare sector. At Santech, Sandeep spearheads product management and delivery and is driven by a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.
Sandeep holds a master's degree in technology and an MBA. Sandeep's prior experience includes multiple senior technology leadership roles, including 12 years as a product leader at Aetna. At Santech, he will drive product and organizational growth, and deliver impactful solutions that solve real business problems that our customers face.
Matt has been extensively involved in multiple new technologies and standards in the Healthcare IT space, including the use of APIs, FHIR, and Blockchain. At Santéch, he is responsible for Santéch’s product suite.
Prior to Santéch, Matt worked for many leading technology players like McKesson, Change Healthcare, IBM Watson Health, and Merative. He received his undergraduate (BS) and master’s (MS) degrees in Computer Science from Villanova University.
Sasikala (Sasi) Manthena has over 15 years of experience across business analysis, program management, user stories, testing, vendor management, operations support and training. At Santéch, she leads development programs for multiple new products.
Earlier, she was with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, ADP and Pronix. Sasi holds dual Master's degree from Clarkson University, New York and the Indian Institute of Technology.
Abhishek has over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology business development, client engagement and product management. At Santéch, he has played numerous roles across client engagement and technology implementation, over 14+ years.
Prior to Santech, Abhishek led large-scale initiatives and high-profile client engagements for 3i-Infotech in the healthcare space. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
